winningmanagers^TM development programme is designed to help both the individual and the business. It's as much about leadership and the development of a winning culture as it is about the processes involved in running a successful business.

Developed in conjunction with Price Waterhouse Coopers, the course is structured around the key processes involved in the running of any business. Over 2,000 individuals have benefitted from the course to date. Designed as a 12 month project based programme, it is accredited to the Institute of Leadership and Management and leads to a recognised qualification.

The contemporary, stimulating content is flexibly delivered using advanced learning techniques, including experiential workshops, in-class activities, on and off line support, course materials, study guides, self assessments, mentoring, peer learning and in-company support. With all of the work we do, the most important outcome for us is client satisfaction and impact.
