Case Study: West Midlands Leadership Programme
Winning Moves delivered the £2.2 million Learning & Skills Council Leadership and Programme.
The Programme, based on Winning Moves’ contemporary model of new leadership, engaged over 1100 learners from 300 businesses based in the West Midlands.
Through an independent impact evaluation it was identified that:
> Leaders saw a dramatic shift in their change management skills
> They moved from being ‘not fully confident’ leaders, ‘to very confident leaders’
> They developed the skills to create and innovate, and these skills are driving significant changes in the way leaders communicate, plan and engage others in change.
