Winning Moves’ approach is grounded in the belief that many of the old ideas and ways of working are no longer valid and as such what is needed of leaders has changed fundamentally. Our model is not a prescriptive ‘one size fits all’ solution to the challenges of leadership. Rather its represents the key competency dimensions needed by leaders to overcome the key challenges they must deal with.
This programme is designed to train and develop the skills and capabilities of individuals within a business to support their development as leaders and managers and to facilitate the transformation of their organisation’s performance. The programme will provide trainees with the skills, tools and knowledge to develop management potential, create new ideas, implement change address real organisational problems and spread an ‘improvement culture’.
