Innov82

Innov82 is a dynamic, practical and stimulating programme aimed at tackling the issues facing London’s Upper Lea Valley (ULV) through the stimulation of more innovative and enterprising business culture. Considerable areas of the ULV suffer from industrial decline, urban deprivation, comparatively low economic activity and social exclusion. The programme is commissioned by the London Development Agency.

1. Launch event – an entertaining, stimulating, motivational event that set a stretching goal that excited and inspired people. The challenge was to create the content for a book that would be design, written, art worked, printed, bound and delivered back to delegates just 48 hours later. The result - We did it!
   
2. Mentor support– bespoke one-to-one facilitation from an experienced business mentor
3. Enterprise diagnostic – benchmarking exercise, comparing participants’ performance with their peers
4. Environmental audit – measurement of businesses’ environmental awareness and practice
5. Best practice visits – engagement with “exemplar” companies, recognised for their best practice and achievements in innovation.
6. Leadership academy – development activities using a contemporary leadership model, incorporating strategic, analytical, inspirational and and creative dimensions.
