With 4 out of 5 new businesses failing within the first year, getting the right support is critical. We recognise that starting a business is one of the most liberating things a person can do, yet we also recognise that it is really tough, risky, and it takes an incredible amount of hard work and determination to succeed.

To help provide the best possible chance of new business success, Winning Moves have developed MyB!z - a series of tried and tested workshops and coaching support that helps people start their own business.  

Workshops can be delivered as a one-off, built into a wider programme of support or bespoke to a specific group of individuals.

CASE STUDY: MyB!z- Leeds

Delivered as part of the Leeds Local Enterprise Growth Initiative (Sharing the Success) MyB!z was built around a schedule of 4 workshops helping those wanting to start their own business answer some big questions, enabling them to clarify, evaluate and develop an idea, create an exciting vision and develop a plan to make their idea a reality.

To support the programme MyB!z also had a colourful and interactive toolkit and online business planning tools providing people with a constant source of reference and information.
