Winning Moves is pleased to have been selected to deliver the Business Link West Midlands Coaching for Growth Service. One of the Solutions for Business products, Coaching for Growth is all about enabling local businesses to achieve their growth aspirations. As a result, the programme will help raise business survival rates and create employment opportunities
Coaching for High Growth gives businesses up to 10 days of fully funded support. The Programme is available to start up and existing businesses in the West Midlands who have 2-50 employees and are aiming for a minimum of 10% growth per annum. All sectors are eligible except retail businesses.
Colin Bell, Winning Moves’s Enterprise & Business Growth Director, said “High growth businesses are big news. They create over 50% of all jobs in the UK and are key to our economic recovery. However, many lack the skills and competencies they need to grow, others cannot access finance they need to fund their innovation and ideas. This means that the growth of many businesses is stunted and the economic impact is reduced. The Coaching for High Growth programme provides expert support and guidance to businesses to help identify and remove these barriers”.

Space on the Coaching for High Growth Programme is limited and support will be given to those select businesses that have the potential to make a significant contribution to the local economy.
