Business Performance Diagnostic is a flagship (Department of Trade and Industry) DTI programme that aims to support businesses in identifying and adopting best practice. The model created by Winning Moves has become the model for business support up and down the country, i.e. Information > Diagnosis > Brokerage and is used by all RDAs and Business Links.
The programme has three core components:

Adviser development: taking advisers through a SFEDI endorsed 2-day programme to help them grow their client businesses.

Methodology and tool development: development of the process and the software.

Engagement with RDAs and BLOs: ensuring buy-in by the RDAs and BLOs was critical to the programmes success.
