Further Education Colleges, like many organisations, are facing enormous pressures; pressures due to funding cuts on one side; and pressures due to customer expectations on the other.
We believe that our skills in delivering benchmarking services to businesses can play a vital role in supporting colleges to meet these challenges head on. It is for this reason that we have developed an holistic benchmarking service aimed squarely at colleges; a service that considers all aspects of a college's performance - based around a balanced scorecard - and, in the context of the college's vision, will help determine future strategies and plans.
