Service Option 2 
This is a fully facilitated service where we provide close support to ensure you get the maximum benefit from the process. One of our experienced benchmarking team will work with you to identify ways to improve your profitability, productivity and competitiveness. The service will take 2 weeks to complete and around half to one day of your time.

We guarantee that your business will develop if you use the findings in the right way. The service includes:

A comprehensive BenchmarkIndex® report tailored for your business
Assistance with collecting benchmarking information
Telephone support throughout the process
Analysis and summary of the findings, including suggestions of priority areas to work on
